Aryan came to Sukoon with a passion for the blues but felt stuck with basic scales. Through our personalized curriculum, we identified that his 'vocal' phrasing on the guitar needed work.
The Breakthrough
We focused on 'micro-bending' and the use of space. By studying the phrasing of BB King and Eric Clapton in 1-on-1 sessions, Aryan began to 'speak' through his instrument. In just six months, he has gone from playing scales to improvising soulful solos that have left our faculty stunned.
"The individual attention at Sukoon changed everything. My teacher didn't just teach me notes; he taught me feeling." - Aryan
